We are in the 3rd straight month of doing our groundwork on developing Nursing Competency Tool which can help identify the behavioral qualities required for a nurse to succeed in her organization. After extensive literature review and many interactions with industry leaders and academicians in India, US and South East Asia, the top 6 behavioral (non-technical) skills identified are:

We added more than 500 minutes of video content along with 2000+ assessment questions on our platform this year covering key nursing procedures such as:
  • Prevention and assessment of Fall
  • Biomedical waste management
  • Perioperative nursing
  • Drug dosage calculation
